7.4.2009 passed by this Court that the
petitioner was directed to pay a sum of
Rs.15,000/- within two months in the court
below which opposite party no. 2 will be
entitled to withdraw.
Learned counsel for the petitioner
prays for and is allowed one month’s time to
ascertain as to whether the order dated
7.4.2009 has been complied with or not. If not
complied, the petitioner will comply it within
one month, failing which this application shall
stand dismissed.
Put up this case after one month.
