The petitioner claims the disobedience of order dated 16th of July, 2009,
passed in writ petition No.3484 (SS) of 2006, whereby a direction has been
issued to release 30% of the gratuity to the petitioner, within a period of three
months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order.

Issue notices to opposite party to show cause why he has not obeyed the order
passed by this court.
