In
response to the grievance made by the learned advocate for the
petitioner that though orally certain offer for mutually acceptable
final resolution of the dispute has been made by the learned advocate
for the respondent however any specific proposal in writing has not
been received by the petitioner.
Mr.
Rituraj M. Meena learned advocate
for the respondent has submitted that the respondent has already
offered that out of the total claim of about Rs.30 lacs, the
respondent would immediately pay a sum of Rs.5 lacs and the balance
amount will be cleared within a period of about three months.
Mrs.
Swati Soparkar learned advocate for the petitioner has
submitted that the respondent
should make necessary offer in writing which can be forwarded
to the petitioner for consideration.
Mr.
Meena has submitted that by tomorrow evening, the draft in a sum of
Rs.5 lacs will be offered by the respondent and the proposal terms
for final settlement will also to be supplied in writing to the
learned advocate for the petitioner.
So
as to enable the parties to work out the aforesaid arrangement, S.O.
to 15th
December, 2010.
