AGP seeks time to take instruction with regard to reinstatement of
the petitioner in service pursuant to the judgment and order dated
12.9.2006 passed in Criminal Appeal No.1100 of 1993 by which the
appeal filed by the petitioner and other appellants came to be
allowed and the judgment and order dated 12.8.1993 passed by the
learned Additional Second Joint District Judge, Ahmedabad (Rural) in
Sessions Case N.149 of 1991 convicting the appellants came to be
quashed and set aside.
