This is an application for clarification/modification of the order dated
26.5.2010.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

From tenor of the order dated 26.5.2010, it is very clear that the assets of the
Company which have been sold by the Company in violation of the order of
the Court have only been ordered to be taken over charge. If any one has any
grievance, he may approach the official Liquidator to put forward his claim
in accordance with law.

Application is accordingly disposed of.
