the CPIO has informed that requested information was not maintained as per the
record retention schedule. Being not satisfied with the response, the appellant
has pleaded for providing th e information.

Decision:

2. Since the desired information is not available or preserved as per the
policy of the respondent, the same cannot be furnished. The appeal is therefore
considered unnecessary and is thus disposed of.
