be not admitted or disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

Requisites for notice by ordinary process as well as under

registered cover with A/D must be filed within fortnight, failing

which this application as against O.P. No. 2 shall stand rejected

without any further reference to the Bench.

Till appearance of O.P. No. 2, further proceeding

pending before the Court of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Patna

shall remain stayed in connection with Complaint Case No. 1565

(C) of 2008 with all the three petitioners, namely, Anand

Halwasia, Devendrapal Singh and Md. Nusrat Mujib.
