This petition has been filed on behalf of two persons. One by the son of the
deceased praying for compassionate appointment under dying in harness rules
and the other by the wife of the deceased asking for post retiral dues. These
two petitioners have different cause of action and the petition is bad for
misjoinder of parties because the reliefs claimed is by two different people
against two different authorities and two separate set of rules. Such a petition
is not maintainable, which is hereby dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to
file afresh.
