The petitioner contends that the Block Development Officer has no
authority to terminate the services of the petitioner and there is no
resolution of the 2/3 majority of the Gaon Sabha for removing the
petitioner.

Let the claim of the petitioner be examined by respondent no.2,
who shall thereafter proceed to pass appropriate orders in
accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably
within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of
certified copy of this order before him.

With the aforesaid direction the writ petition is disposed of.
