                           JUDGMENT

The petitioner, who is a Class IV employee of the

Kollangode Sub Treasury, has filed this writ petition challenging

his suspension on account of having been accused in a criminal

case. The learned Government Pleader has, today, produced

before me a copy of an order dated 24.1.2011, by which on a

review of the suspension, the petitioner has been reinstated in

service.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this

writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition is closed.
