2. 14.09.2011 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence

under Section 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that the petitioner was arrested just after the

occurrence alongwith stolen motorcycle, I am not inclined to grant him

bail.

Payer for bail is rejected.

The trial court is directed to expedite the trial in view of the

serious nature of the offence.
