J U D G M E N T
The petitioners did their MBA course from the Advanced Studies
Centre, Sharjah, UAE, which is one of the Off-Campus study Centres of
M.G.University. When the results of the MBA course were published,
the 1st petitioner failed in the subject ‘Working Capital Management
and the 2nd petitioner failed in the subject ‘Security Analysis and Port
Folio Management. Therefore, they had applied for revaluation of
those subjects, vide Exhibits P1 and P2 respectively. Seeking for a
revaluation within a time frame, this Writ Petition has been filed.
2. Heard the learned Standing Counsel for the University.
There will be a direction to the University to process the applications
for revaluation of the petitioners and communicate the results within a
period of two months from today, if the applications and the payments
are in order.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
