Principal, Smt. B.P.M.Girls High School, Dholka, respondent No.3
herein, is directed to remain present in the Court at 11 a.m. on
24.6.2.008.
Direct
service is permitted.??
It
is unfortunate that in spite of service of notice by this Court, the
Principal of respondent No.3-School has not rendered any assistance
and in spite of specific direction, failed to remain present in the
Court today.
The
District Education Officer, Respondent No.2 herein is directed to see
that respondent No.3 remains present on 30th June, 2008.
Copy
of this order be given to learned AGP.
