This petition by the landlord is directed against an appellate order rejecting
his release application.

However, none appears to press this petition even in the revised list though
counsel for the respondent is present and has stated that the petitioner died in
May, 2006 while the respondent no. 3-tenant died on 17.3.2004 but the heirs
of none of the two parties have been brought on record.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
