		Heard learned counsel for the parties.
		Both these criminal applications under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., are being disposed of by this common order.
		Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.932/2009 has been filed on behalf of the father-in-law praying therein for taking on record the demand draft bearing No.653958 in the sum of Rs.19,500/-, as the applicant wishes to deposit the amount due as maintenance to the wife.
		Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.933/2009 has been filed by the wife for recalling the order dated 30.03.2009 and for restoring the application for payment of the maintenance amount. 
		In the interest of justice, both these applications are allowed. The amount, which has been deposited by way of demand draft and which is available on the file is directed to be handed-over to the learned counsel for the respondent-wife Smt. Amita Saini, who is represented by Shri Raj Kamal Gaur, Advocate.

Both the applications stand disposed of.

In view of the above, the main criminal miscellaneous application No.1763/2008 stands disposed of. In case, there are any arrears or any grievance of the respondent-wife with regard to the amount of maintenance, she is free to approach this Court.
