2. Having
perused the orders passed by this Court on 15/06/2010 and 25/06/2010
in Civil Application No.5205 of 2010 and having perused the order
passed by the Division Bench in LPA No.2127 of 2010 in CA No.5205 of
2010 in SCA No.3284 of 2010 on 21/10/2010, this Court finds no
substance in the present application. Hence, it is dismissed. The
Court restrains itself from dismissing the Civil Application with
heavy costs.
