ORAL
ORDER

Learned
advocate Mr.M.D. Vakil for respondent no.3 in Special Civil
Application No.2491 of 2010 and for the respective respondents in
other Special Civil Applications requests that these matters be taken
up for hearing on urgent basis. He submitted that the matter had been
to the Hon’ble the Apex Court and there also the present petitioner
failed to obtain any favourable orders. Somehow or the other the
matter is lingering by filing one or the other proceeding. He
submitted that the present petition is also filed only with a view to
see that the matter lingers. He further submits that the matter
pertains to the land acquisition of the respondents herein, who are
without any compensation and the attempt on the part of the
authorities is to see that the respondents continued to be deprived
of the compensation. Adjourned to 13.04.2010. To be notified on a
separate Board. Learned advocate Mr.Ravani to remain present on that
day. If it is not convenient to Mr.Ravani he will make alternative
arrangement so as to see that the matters proceed.

R. TRIPATHI, J.)
