       This is in continuation of this Commission's Proceedings dated
28.1.2010 & 22.2.2010. As scheduled the matter is called for hearing
today dated 16.3.2010. Appellant not present. The public authority is
represented by Lt Col S.R. Gaur. It is his submission that the documents
requested for by the appellant were provided to him vide their letter dated
25.8.2009 and he produces documentary evidence in support thereof.

2.     We are satisfied that the requisite documents have been supplied to
the appellant. The appeal, therefore, has no merit and is dismissed.
