Heard
the learned APP.

The
application of the applicant for grant of parole was rejected by the
competent authority on the ground that no favourable opinion is
received from the District Superintendent of Police, Mehsana and
there is likelihood of breach of peace and law and order. Besides,
on the ground of ‘daughter’s pregnancy and delivery’, no power can be
exercised to grant parole leave.

Considering
the above, no case is made out to grant parole leave to the applicant
and this application is rejected.
