counsel appearing for the petitioner.

This writ petition has been made with a prayer not to shift the
Polling Station from Panchayat Bhawan Payagpur in the coming
election. According to learned counsel appearing for the petitioner
for the convenience of the people the Authority concerned is
entitled to take decision in this regard. This Court cannot interfere
with such type of disputes, as such the writ petition is dismissed,
however, without imposing any cost.
