Sri Haveeldar Verma has put in appearance on behalf of the plaintiff­
landlord. He states that the suit itself has been finally decided vide 
judgement   and   order   dated   8.6.2010   rendering   this   revision 
challenging the order passed interregnum infructuous. Certified copy 
of   the   judgement   and   order   dated   8.6.2010   has   been   produced 
before me which is taken on record.

In view of above facts, the civil revision having become infructuous 
stands dismissed.
