Sri J.P.Singh, learned counsel for the respondents states that after
listing of the case in different Courts the interim order was passed,
however, other Courts have not taken cognizance on merits of the
case regarding validity of the interim order granted by this Court at
the preliminary stage and therefore, if the Court fix a date for
hearing to both the parties, it is in the interest of justice to extend
the interim order.

Put up this case on Wednesday i.e. on 28.07.2010.

Till that date the interim order is extended.
