put up this case under the same heading retaining its position on

14.11.2011.

In the meantime, the respondents may take steps for

reconstruction of the file of Customs Case No. 07 of 1999, which,

according to the respondents, is missing and if they so require, they

must give a list of papers to the petitioner for producing them for the

said purpose. The petitioner must co-operate in the matter and

immediately produce all the required papers, which are available with

him, before the authorities concerned without any delay.
