as “Sanjeev Kumar” in place of Sanjay Kumar.

Let the time to surrender of the petitioners before the

Court below in both the cases be extended further by one month

from today in connection with Purnahiya P.S. Case No. 44 of 2009

pending in the Court of S.D.J.M., Sheohar, Headquarter at

Sitamarhi.

Let the order be communicated through F.A.X. at the

cost of the petitioners.
