JUDGMENT
The petitioner was a student of Farook
College, Kozhikode for BBA Degree. The college is
affiliated to the Calicut University. The petitioner had
appeared for the Final year BBA Examination held in
March, 2009. But, when the result was published, he
failed in one paper viz., Management Accounting.
Apparently, dissatisfied with the marks obtained by
her, he had applied for revaluation. He is aggrieved
that the results of the revaluation has not been
published so far.
2. I heard learned standing counsel for the
University also. There is no justification for the delay in
the publication of results of revaluation in respect of
the Examination held in March, 2009 .
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of
directing the 2nd respondent to publish the result of the

revaluation sought for by the petitioner in relation to
the paper viz., Management Accounting of the Final
year BBA Examination held in March, 2009, as early
as possible, at any rate, within a period of eight weeks
from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment,
provided the applications for revaluation are in order
and otherwise correct.
