                            J U D G M E N T

Prayer sought in this writ petition is for disposal of

Ext.P1, where the petitioner has requested for orders of the

first respondent for cutting and removal of the trees

mentioned therein.

2. Having regard to the limited nature of the relief

sought for, without expressing anything on the merits of the

case, writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent

to consider and pass orders on Ext.P1, with notice to the

petitioner and the second respondent. Orders shall be

passed within four weeks from the date of production of a

copy of this judgment.

Petitioner to produce a copy of this judgment and writ

petition before the first respondent for compliance.
