Rule.
Respondents have appeared. No further notice need be issued on
them.
Refer
to the order dated 10th August 2011 passed in this case wherein the
Court noticed that the State Government is going to shift the office
of the Mamlatdar and construct the office 30 kms. away on a pasture
(gauchar) land in village Kunkavav. The Government has already
decided to have all offices of one Department in one building. In
this background, this Court directed the State Government to state as
to why they be not directed to locate the office of Mamlatdar in the
office premises of the parent Department at Vadia, where all offices
including the parent office is situated. However, no specific reply
has been given on such issue. In these circumstances, we direct the
State Government not to shift the office of the Mamlatdar to any
other place with further direction that they will not construct any
building on pasture (gauchar) land situated in village Kunkavav
without the permission of the Court.
