In
light of the order dated 15/3/2010, the learned advocates for the
contesting parties have jointly submitted that the proceedings
pertaining to Special Leave Petition (Civil) No.16805 of 2006 are
pending in the Hon’ble Apex Court and the final hearing of the said
petition is awaited and that therefore, in continuation of the
request recorded in the order dated 15/3/2010, the hearing of present
application may be adjourned.

Considering
said joint request of the parties and on account of the fact that the
proceeding in the Hon’ble Apex Court are pending, S. O. to 26/7/2010.
