Heard learned counsel for the revisionist, learned A.G.A. for the State and
perused the record.
This revision has been directed against the order dated 19.04.2001 passed by
IIIrd Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rampur in Case No. 488 of 2001
State V. Rashid Ali under Sections 392 and 411 I.P.C. by which revisionist
has been summoned to face trial.
No illegality has been found in passing the impugned order and the
cognizance has been taken on the basis of charge-sheet submitted by
Investigating Officer.
Consequently, this revision lacks merit and is dismissed.
However, the court below is directed to consider the application for bail
expeditiously preferably within same day.
