                              J U D G M E N T

Learned Government Pleader on instruction submits that by order

dated 4/10/2008, the Government have sanctioned the amount that is due

to the petitioner and that the Executive Engineer has already intimated the

petitioner requiring him to report and collect the amount sanctioned.

2. In view of the submission so made, there is no reason to think

that the respondents have disobeyed the direction in the judgment.

Contempt of court case is closed.
