                                                       ORDER

Background

1. The Applicant, through his RTI­application dated 04.01.2011 filed with the PIO, NDMC, New Delhi, 

wanted   to   obtain   certain   information   in   respect   of   ownership/mutation/payment   of   Property   Tax 

pertaining to premises nos. H­39 to 108 in the building known as Krishna Bhawan situated at Block 

H , Outer Ring, Connaught Circus, New Delhi 110 001. This application was replied to by the PIO on 

12.01.2011   and   was   considered   by   Appellate   Authority   (AA)   in   his   order   dated   28.03.2011,   in 

response to the Applicant’s 1st appeal to him. The Appellant, however, being aggrieved with the AA’s 

decision, filed the present petition before the Commission on 16.06.2011 complaining that he has not 

received the requested information. 

Decision

2. At the very outset of the hearing, the Respondents informed the Commission that they have since 

furnished all desired documents to the Appellant on 21.06.201 which the Appellant has also  admitted 

to having received.. They also produced a copy of letter dated 21.06.2011 in which the  Appellant has 

acknowledged the receipt of the documents. 

3. Since the information has been furnished to the Appellant, this appeal is directed to be closed.
