Considering the facts and
circumstances, it appears that the Cross Objection came to be
dismissed on account of non-removal of office objections. Mr. Nair,
learned counsel states that if time is granted, all office objections
shall be removed and the Cross Objection may be restored.

Hence, considering the facts
and circumstances, Cross-Objection is restored on condition that all
office objections are removed within two weeks from today and the
same is verified by the office.

The application disposed of
accordingly.
