Heard learned AGA for the State.

The present 482 petition has been filed for quashing of the complaint case
no.239 of 1993, under Section 354, 504, 506 IPC, pending before the Judicial
Magistrate-III, Saharanpur.

Perusal of the order sheet shows that interim order granted by this Court was
not extended beyond 24.4.1994. From the perusal of the record shows that the
present matter has become infructuous due to lapse of time. Accordingly, it is
dismissed as such.
