The order of this Court stands complied with. Arrears of

pension already stands paid.

Mr.Shharat Shama, I.D.A.S., CDA (PD), Meerut, has

appeared in person before this Court pursuant to the bailable warrants

issued against him. He has also filed an affidavit tendering apology.

The same is taken on record. Keeping in view that the fact that orders

of this Court stands complied with, the apology tendered is accepted.

Petition stands disposed of.

Contempt proceedings against the officer aforesaid is

dropped.
