Vide earlier order dated 26.5.2010 learned Standing
Counsel was required to furnish PF Account Passbook
No.PU138585 of the petitioner in original on 6.7.2010.
Learned Standing Counsel today informs that he has
already written a letter to the authority concerned but
nobody responded so far.
Under the circumstances, the Court is left with no other
option but to direct the Superintendent of Police,
Mainpuri to be present in the Court on 22.7.2010. He
shall also bring along with him the aforesaid pass book
and will also file counter affidavit by that date. However,
if the the counter affidavit is filed along with the
aforesaid pass book, he need not to appear on that
date.
List on 22.7.2010.
Let a copy of this order be given to the learned Standing
Counsel on payment of usual charges within 24 hours.
