Parbatta P.S. Case no. 69/2009 and the learned court below has sent
the report in respect of present position of the aforesaid Parbatta P.S.
Case no. 69/2009.
Let a fresh report be called for from Sri Shaktidhar Bharti,
Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Khagarai about the present position of
Parbatta P.S. Case no. 90/2009 with direction to him to specifically
state in his report the expected time to be taken by him in disposal of
the above stated Parbatta P.S. Case no. 90/2009.
List this matter after receipt of the report.
Let this order be communicated to Sri Shaktidhar Bharti,
Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Khagarai in Parbatta P.S. Case no.
