1.0 Rule.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. Raval waives service of
process of Rule.
2.0 Present
application is filed through jail by the convict for releasing him on
Temporary Bail for a period of 15 days to attend the marriage of his
Sister in Law (Wife’s Sister). The marriage is scheduled on 23rd
February 2011 i.e. tomorrow. The application, signed by the convict,
does not bear any date and even the Jailor’s signature (before me),
does not bear any date. Be that as it may.
3.0 Taking
into consideration the Jail Remarks, wherein, he has enjoyed one
furlough from 7th July 2010 to 19th July 2010
and he surrendered one day earlier, the application is allowed. The
applicant is ordered to be released on Temporary Bail for a period of
07 days from the date of his release i.e. today, on his
executing a personal bond of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only)
to the satisfaction of the Jail authorities.
3.1 The
applicant shall surrender to the Jail authorities on expiry of the
Temporary Bail period.
3.2 Registry
is directed to communicate this order by fax at the earliest.
3.3 Rule
is made absolute.
