Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India,
praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for records relating
to the proceedings passed by the second respondent made in Na.Ka.No.A3/45/2006
dated 08.02.2006 and quash the same.

:ORDER

This writ petition is challenging the order of the second respondent
dated 08.02.2006, under which the petitioner who was a Supervisor in the Tasmac
Shop, was transferred from Ramanathapuram to Perambalur.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, even though
he is under suspension and the transfer order is passed for the period of eight
months, he has not been paid salary and he has been orally suspended from
Ramanathapuram Shop. When the petitioner attempted to join immediately
Perambalur Tasmac Shop, he has not permitted.

3. On the other hand, Mr.Thick Vijayapandiyan, learned counsel, who
has taken notice on behalf of the respondents submitted that the respondents
will permit him when he reports duty in Perambalur. Recording the statement
made by the learned counsel for the respondents, the petitioner is directed to
join Perambalur Tasmac Shop immediately. As far as the salary for the
petitioner for a period of eight months stated, it is open to the petitioner to
make a representation to the second respondent and on such representation is
being made, the second respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate
orders in accordance with law regarding the payment of salary for the period of
suspension.

4. With the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of.
No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
