8 21-09-2010 Issue notice upon the proposed heirs of

deceased sole respondent whose names and details are

mentioned in paragraph 2 of I.A. no. 5053/2008. Notice

in the substitution matter shall go upon proposed heirs by

ordinary process for which requisites etc. must be filed

within one week from today, failing which the petition in

question shall not be taken into consideration.
