to show cause as to why this writ application be not allowed

at the stage of admission itself.

The petitioner shall take steps for notice in

admission matter in ordinary process and registered post

both within two weeks. Peremptory.

In the meantime, the further proceeding in Title

Suit No.31 of 1988 pending in the Court of Munsif II,

Kishanganj shall remain stayed.
