13. 15.11.2011 This case has come up under the caption

“to be mentioned” at the instance of learned counsel

for the petitioner. It is stated that certain

typographical omission has occurred with regard to

the dates of circular. In paragraph 2 at page-4 of the

judgment dated 19th September, 2011 it should have

been typed as circular dated 15.3.2002 in place of

12.09.2000 and 27.09.2000 and also in paragraph-3

at page-10 instead of L.P.A. No. 227 of 2005 it

should have been read as L.P.A. No. 227 of 2003.

Accordingly, the Registry is directed to

issue amended/corrected judgment.
