Heard the learned counsel for the applicant, the learned AGA and perused the
record.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that disposal of the
application under section 319 CrPC may be expedited.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, the Judicial
Magistrate- II, Faizabad is directed that the application moved by the
applicant Smt. Antima Singh under section 319 CrPC in criminal case no.
7961 of 2004 State vs. Gajraj Singh be expedited and disposed of within two
months.

With the aforesaid observations, the petition under section 482 CrPC is
disposed of.
