ORDER

When
the matter is taken up today, Mr.Rashesh Rindani, learned Assistant
Government Pleader has submitted that the petitioner is required to
produce certain documents so that the inquiry, which is pending
pursuant to the notice, can be completed. The list of documents has
been produced by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, and a
copy thereof has been handed over to the learned advocate for the
petitioner.

It
is stated by the learned Assistant Government Pleader that after
providing the documents as mentioned in the list, the application of
the petitioner will be considered according to Rule – 18 of
the Gujarat Mineral (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation
and Storage) Rules, 2005.

Mr.Harnish
V. Darji, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the
documents (6 in number) as mentioned in the list, shall be produced
before respondent No.2 on, or before, 21.07.2011. On receipt of the
necessary documents, respondent No.2 shall consider the application
of the petitioner in consonance with the Gujarat Mineral (Prevention
of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2005, within a
period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the documents.

The
petition is disposed of in the above terms. Liberty is reserved to
the petitioner to approach this Court in case of difficulty.

Direct
service of this order is permitted.
