                          J U D G M E N T

This writ petition is filed with the following prayer:-

i) issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate
writ, direction or order to respondents to allow the
petitioner to conduct business in Bunk No.228 in
Poojappura Ward (Division) of Corporation of
Thiruvananthapuram.

In case the petitioner has any surviving grievance, he may

approach the District Collector. The writ petition is disposed of as

above.
