4 17-10-2011 I.A.No. 7093 of 2011 has been filed on behalf of the

appellant under section 148 C.P.C. praying for enlargement of

time as granted by the order dated 26-9-2011.

For the reasons stated in the petition the peremptory

time granted by order dated 26-9-2011 is extended upto 9th

November, 2011 within which time the appellant must remove all

the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter as well the Office.
