16. 24.08.2011 The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

appellants state that M.J.C.No.3603 of 2011 has been filed

for restoration of I.A.No. 4102 of 2003 which has stood

dismissed for default for non-compliance of the

peremptory order of this Court. As such at present there is

no need to consider the I.A.No.5681 of 2011 which is a

petition for condonation of delay and setting aside

abatement relating to I.A.No. 4102 of 2003.
