As prayed, put up as fresh on 5th July, 2010 before appropriate Court.

Learned Standing Counsel, appearing for respondents raised a preliminary
objection with regard to maintainability of the writ petition on the ground that
against the impugned order appeal lies and thereafter there is remedy of
revision.

Shri L.K. Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the property
is going to be auctioned. In view of that, status quo as on date with regard to
the nature and possession over the land in dispute be maintained till 5th July,
2010. On that date, the question with regard to maintainability of the writ
petition may also be considered.
