6. 27.9.2010 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and opposite
parties no.2 to 4 as also the State.

A show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite parties-
University stating therein to the effect that as per the calculation of
the University, excess amount has been paid and as such, the same is
recoverable from the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the University submits that the
calculation has been sent to the Auditors appointed by the State
Government and after the same is audited and on recommendation,
if any amount is found payable, the same is also to be paid.

Considering the submissions of the parties and on perusal
of the show, since the order of this Court has been complied with,
this contempt application need not proceed further. The same stands
disposed of.
