In this case, the Appellant had, in his application dated 19 November 2008, requested the CPIO for some information relating to his promotion in the State Bank of India, New Delhi. In his reply dated 29 December 2008, the CPIO provided some information regarding his marks obtained in the written exam, but did not provide all the details. The Appellant preferred an appeal on 27 January 2009, as he was not satisfied with the reply of CPIO. The Appellate Authority upheld the decision of CPIO in his order dated 30 May 2009. Not CIC/SM/A/2010/000137 satisfied with the decision of the Appellate Authority, the Appellant has come to the CIC in the second appeal. 3. We heard this case through videoconferencing.
