SHRI C.K. CHANDRAPPAN (TRICHUR): Sir, I beg to move for leave to introduce a Bill to provide for compassionate, humane and painless termination of life of individuals who have become completely and permanently invalid and/or bedridden due to suffering from incurable disease or any other reason and for matters connected therewith.
MR. CHAIRMAN: The question is:
“That leave be granted to introduce a Bill to provide for compassionate, humane and painless termination of life of individuals who have become completely and permanently invalid and/or bedridden due to suffering from incurable disease or any other reason and for matters connected therewith.”
